Cheatham is a great teacher. I found that I really enjoyed this class. I
took Micro and Anatomy together and that made the class difficult but it
was manageable. A lot of people did not like her because she is strict, but
I found that I really liked her because she would not tolerate those that
practice unsafe lab. She has all her rules in her syllabus and if you keep
to that, you'll do fine. Her tests are hard and the quizes even harder, but
none is too difficult. You do have to put in the effort if you want the
grade so no slacking. It was very fun, very enjoyable and I love her jokes.
Lecture was a bit slow but her comments and jokes were well worth it. I
recommend her to anybody who is serious about Micro. She's a great teacher

Evy is a great professor, one of the best I have had at Cuesta. The class
is difficult so be prepared. She does hand out test outlines, but you
can't rely just on them for taking the tests. The lab quizes are very
difficult as well, and you have nothing to help with those. She makes the
class quite enjoyable though, she is quite entertaining at times. It is
worth it to go to the class just to hear some of the random stuff she says.
The lab isn't very difficult, but it does require a lot of work. I am
glad I decided to take Evy's class instead of the equivalent at Poly.

I really enjoyed this class. I went in expecting the teacher to be mean and
terribly hard (because of the other reviews I read). Sure she's strict and
if you're doing something she doens't like she will definately let you
know, but all in all she's a good teacher. I found her interesting to
listen to and I learned a lot. It's really not as bad as you may have
heard.

Not only does this teacher play favorites, but her grading is completely
unfair. She likes to curve that grades for some people-and not others.
Also she never admits it when she makes a mistake, and won't even listen to
you, when you try to tell her that she's made a mistake. Nice lady - but
horrible teacher!!!!

She is a great person with a good sense of humor. She can make the class a
lot of fun. Unfortunately, she does discourage questions which makes this
already difficult class even worse. Don't take this class unless you have
the time to go to her office hours frequently for clarification of the
lectures!

RUN!!! Run far far away! She has touchy moods and the thing was she would
always say, "Oh if you ever have any questions, just ask." uh yeah right.
When you ask, she says something smart like "well if you had studied
that..." Also, she plays favorites big time. I just spent most of the
semester with my mouth shut.
