Instructor Kimberley Blackie is a great teacher. She had bouncy mannerisms
and shared funny situational jokes of dealing with stress. She provided a
variety of assessments, not tests, that were helpful in managing/minimizing
stress. The class went fast before lunch and was fun and more calm after
lunch because everyone had ate. After lunch, we resumed class and discussed
aromatherapy. She had aromatherapy squares of two different scents and they
smelled good and relaxed us. That went along with her deep breathing
exercise which was funny for us to watch her and participate in. Business
177 Stress Management is a good class. I recommend it.

I wouln't take a class from this lady again. She is a little crazy and it
gets old...

Hilarious. Makes required work experience seminars bearable. Smart woman.

She is so energetic and gives great lectures! She is very friendly and
approachable.
