Basically if you want a really easy teacher go for Bursey. She has us write
about 2-4 essays a week and she reads maybe one. She made us read this
boring book called "The Bean Trees". The final is a timed write about the
book. Oh the on;y bad thing is she keeps track of attendance. You can only
miss four days or she will drop you. So yeah if you want an easy class
where you can just turn off your brain take Bursey.

Very nice teacher and lady.  Classes are not hard, she teaches well, she
let us out early a lot, brought candy for us, and brought in interesting
class work.

Great teacher, just enought work. Very helpful, highly recommended, if this
teacher get anything less than an "A" from a reviewer, they wanted a higher
grade on a paper and this is there "revenge."

Took this teacher for English 56. Ms. Bursey’s class was super easy and was
an easy ‘A’ if you do the homework (which there is a lot of). In her class
I wrote an average of three to four essays a week. The essays were all
easy. Essay topics included writing three pages on your favorite movie or
reading a short story and writing a page on it. We read the Bean Trees,
which was an awful book though was easy to read.  She often dismisses her
classes an hour early and frequently cancels classes. Ms. Bursey is an
enthusiastic teacher and I would be happy to have her again.

She is very sweet with knowledge in punctuation, but thats about it.  Class
focuses on quantity over quality of work.  I, with others, didn't learn
anything except to next time ask which teacher to take a class from.  I'm
sorry but I don't feel like her class served any purpose but to make me
wait a semester to take English 1A

She is cool and all, but there is some amount of work to be done.  She does
respond to pressure by the class, so get everyone to work together for the
good of the whole.  She is easy to talk to and she will let you leav early
if you ask. generally easy going and nice.

She was a really interesting and thoughtful professor.  Just a few essays
for this class and some tests, challenging, but not overly so.  She was
really good.

Very nice woman, who always has a smile on her face. She is a very helpful
professor.

Good all around teacher really nice and understanding about things. It
seemed like there were a lot of cancelled classes too which is an extra
plus :)
