Basti is really nice teacher and means business.  If you do all your
homework assignments and focus in her class it will come easy.  She is very
easy to communicate with and very understandable.

Ugh I do not know where to begin! I took her for health 208 online,  the
class is easy, I think as long as you turn in all the stuff you
automatically get an A. So easy class, but ms. basti is a weirdy! A peice
of work! she brings up weird things, goes on rants, exteremly opinionated,
super strange!!!! And DO NOT BE LATE FOR CLASS, she freaks out! I had a
question about a grade I got on homework and she marked me down for
challenging her! sometimes she losses stuff too. Dont buy the book, it is
never used in the class, all the answers are in the homework links, or just
look it up in the book at the library. Dont even study for the tests
either, they have nothing to do with the class, exteremely weird questions
and some times discusting!!! she lets you bring all your homework to the
tests so bring that. Otherwise strangest person I ever met! class was
agonizing!!!! Worst class I have ever taken but easiest class ever. If you
can, aviod at all costs talking in class, she will make you sound stupid if
you say anything.

She is a very interesting teacher. She has everything on a sheet of all of
her assignments due. Make sure you read what is due because she wont tell
you. She does powerpoint and goes through the lessons very fast. She has
her own views and knows her stuff.

Terrible, opinionated...Don't ake her!

Oh My Gosh this teacher is a huge joke!!!!!!! I highly suggest taking
anyone but her!!!!!! Yeah she dropped points of a project because I said
something that she disagreed with, get that!!!! I only took this class
because I needed it, other wise I would run like hell!!!!Hope it helps!!!! 

If you take this class, you will regret. Do not take this class if it's
possible. She is a nightmare. 

This is instructor is awful. I was trying to stay in the class because I
have to take this class as a requirement, but I gave up because of her. I
knew if I stay in the class unitl the end of the semester, I could pass
because the exam is open note and group, but she would harm my mentality.
Also, she hasn't updated any knowledge about other cultures, so it doesn't
make sense what she said. I'm pretty sure, you will understand this meaning
when you take this class. 

she's very chill. she plays music during class. if you pretty much do the
hw on the syllabus & turn it on time its an easy A. 

tests are open note, open book, open everything. the tests are even group
tests as well. so i would definitely recommend her. 

Avoid Basti if at all possible. She is so unorginized. I never knew what
the homework was. I only took this class because I had too. If you can take
someone else, do it.

This class is an easy A if you can figure out what the required homework
is. She is such a scatter brain, and the class is a waste of time. 

Great teaching style and knows her topic very well.  Grades openly and open
to ideas, discussion, and opinions. She's awesome

If I hear this woman mention having sex and herself in the same sentence
one more time... I will projectile vomit

Well... If you need to meet the diversity and health requirement... you're
screwed... especially if you are a white male... I don't recall ever
conquering native peoples or enslaving any races... but apparently I'm
expected to take the blame...

Interesting class.  Ms. Basti is a good teacher who knows her material.
There is a lot of busy work for homework, but nothing is that hard and she
really wants you to learn something.  Potential for extra credit as well.  

She is AMAZING.  The way she taught completely turned me around to re think
what i wanted to major in.  She is understanding an dloves questions.  Most
teachers dont appreciate student questions but she is very accepting.  She
loves her students and would do anything for them to succeed!

She is most definetly a morning person. She also tends not to tell you when
assignments are due ahead of time so you have to keep track of the sylabus.

Ms Basti is an awesome teacher! She comes across as a little absent-minded
at first, but as the class progresses you can see her tremendous wit. She's
a really fun teacher who's extremely knowledgable in her field. She doesn't
like tests, so she tries to make them as painless as possible. If you go to
class and do the little assignments she lays out, you'll get an easy A.

I took Ms. Basti's online class and it was a great experience.  She was
very clear with her instuctions and made sure you understood important
information that can be applied to the outside world around us.  She has
the experience and wisdom to back up her knowledge about the health field. 
Her online class is nontraditional, and I like that when a profesor can
make learning a different experience.  I would definetly recommend highly!

Had her for an early morning summer class in 2004 and missed the bus a few
too many times, which is why I got a B even though I easily had over a 90%
in the class (she knocks off points if you miss too many classes). Overall
the class was pretty straightforward, and lectures weren't boring. I would
recommend her if you don't have a habit of missing classes like I did that
summer.

I never wanted to participate in the class because I thought I would be
yelled at if she didn't agree with me. I thought that a lot of it was
interesting but Basti herself was a bitch.

wow what to say about Basti...she is great. she made fun of so many guys in
my class, but it was all in fun and games, no hard feeling. that totally
made class interesting. she is an easy grader and easy to get along with if
u do all your work and pay attention.

This instructor is very knowledgable in her field

Mrs. Basti was a fair teacher. She made the class very fun to go to. At
times it was a little strange but she is a good teacher to take. She is an
easy grader so if you do all of the work you will likley get an A.
